GATE 2014 Official Notification, Online Application Form, Syllabus, Exam Pattern

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)  has announced GATE 2014 Entrance Exam Schedule and released the notification to join entrance examination conducted by Indian Insttitute of Science and India’s Seven IITs. GATE 2014 Online Application Form Filling Process will be start from 2nd September, 2013.

GATE Entrance Examination is conducted for those candidates who want to take admission in various Post-Graduate (PG) Programmes ie. M.E, M.Tech, Phd etc. GATE 2014 examination conducted foradmission in 8th Zone of IITs.

GATE 2014 will introduced this time a new paper of ” Ecology and Evolution “, there are total 22 papers will be conducted through online Computer Based Test (CBT).

Zone-3 :- IIT Delhi
Zone-4 :- IIT Guwahati
Zone-5 :- IIT Kanpur
Zone-6 :- IIT Kharagpur

GATE 2014 Application Fees  –  

• General / OBC (male) Candidates will have to pay   -  Rs.1500/-
• General / OBC other candidates will pay  -  Rs.1500/-
• Women Candidates  will pay -  Rs.750/-
• SC / ST / PD Candidates will play  -  Rs.750/-

GATE 2014 Fees Submission Procedure  -  The Applicants can pay the fee via online mode and also they can pay by Challan, candidates can pay fee by Bank Challan via Syndicate Bank or State Bank of India.

Note  -  The Application or Registration fees is non-refundable.

• Online Application Process Last Date  -  October 3, 2013
• Last Date of Enrollment  -  October 1, 2013
• Application From Receipt Last Date  -  October 10, 2013
• Last Date of request to Change the City  -  November 20, 2013
• Admit Card Availability Date  -  December 18, 2013
• Exam Date  -  Between February 1, 2014 & March 2, 2014. ( Morning Session – 09:00AM to 12:00 PM) (Afternoon Season – 02:00PM to 05:00PM)
• Exam Result Declaration Date  -  March 28, 2014
